Pledge

I pledge to keep inclusion and diversity at the forefront, across all aspects of my work. I will develop my knowledge and understanding of diversity, attend relevant events and make changes in my day-to-day activity that will begin to make a real difference. I will use the Everybody In Charter as a guideline for change. 

Notes

Those who are not in a position to sign the charter, perhaps due to restrictions within their organisation, can make a pledge to inclusion instead.
